WHEN IT COMES TO FINE PRINT,
WE LOVE A
DILIGENT HOTTIE.
I mean…how many tabs do you have open at any given time? It’s not a competition, but if you complete the course full time – without distractions – you could be qualified within 6 weeks. Because our program is flexible, it’s designed for you to study at your own pace. And, if you’re more of a casual/part-time queen, you have up to 6 months of access to complete the modules when the motivation hits.
That’s cool. Actually, it’s kinda perfect because it means you can work through the program without any pre-existing habits (read: bad habits). To be certified, you will need to complete 20 hours of observation and 15 hours of self-mastery participation. In plain speak? You’ll need to experience a bunch of classes first-hand before leading them. Makes sense.
Our program is designed for regulation hotties with:
● Reliable access to the internet
● A device to complete their quiz and online learning modules
● A phone, laptop or computer with a working camera and microphone for audiovisual exercises
● Year 10 (equivalent) English reading and writing skills
To gain your certification, you will need to complete the following:
Online Modules and Quizzes: Complete all required online learning modules and quizzes to build your foundational knowledge.
15 Participation Hours: Participate in 15 Reformer Pilates classes as a student to gain hands-on experience.
20 Observation Hours: Observe 20 Reformer Pilates classes, taking notes on teaching techniques, class flow, and student engagement.
30-Minute Filmed Class Video: Submit a 30-minute video of you teaching a Reformer Pilates class to at least two participants, showcasing your skills and understanding.
Written Class Plan: Provide a detailed written class plan to support your assessment video, demonstrating your ability to structure a class effectively.
This work will be assessed by our team of expert teacher trainers. We provide all the guidance you need to nail your class video on the first attempt, but we may ask you to resubmit if it doesn’t fully meet our criteria.

Definitely! Our certification courses incorporate anatomy throughout the entire program. We take a practical approach, teaching anatomy in a way that’s directly tied to the exercises you’ll be instructing. This method not only makes learning more interactive and enjoyable, but also ensures you thoroughly understand how the body’s anatomy connects with the movements, sequences, and flows you’ll be teaching. This knowledge is key to becoming a top-notch instructor.
